Dr. Xiaohua Zhang, a researcher at Suzhou Nano Institute, Chinese Academy of Science, gave a talk titled ‘Force and electrical enhancement of carbon nanotube fiber based on assembly principle’ on Oct. 17th, 2017. It was hosted by Prof. Daohong Zhang.

Dr. Zhang introduced the research advances of macro assembly (fiber and thin film) of carbon nanotube (CNT), the enhancement method of CNT fiber, conducting behavior and its application in flexible power and sensing fields. The talk was warmly welcomed by audience, resulting in active discussion.

Dr. Zhang is a researcher at Suzhou Nano Institute, Chinese Academy of Science. He works on preparation of carbon nanotube fiber and its force and electricity behavior. He has more than 40 publications in Nat. Mater., Sci. Rep., Adv. Mater., Small, Adv. Eng. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Phys. Rev. Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett., Nanoscale, Carbon and so on. And he authored three books and has 5 authorizing inventions.
